Il Milione at Lasarte now presents a gastronomic journey that blends seas, lands, and civilizations—from the Basque Country, Veneto, Barcelona, and other locations that have inspired Martín Berasategui and Paolo Casagrande. Il Milione is a dialogue between the heart and the technique of Lasarte, aiming for excellence.
Our Il Milione tasting menu is inspired by The Book of the Marvels of the World, which documented the travels and explorations of Marco Polo, expanding the knowledge and awe of the world.

How to Book Il Milione?
Il Milione is available for exclusive reservations for 4 to 8 people.
Minimum price for the Il Milione Menu with wine pairing starts at €3160 (for 4 people).
The gastronomic experience must be paid for at the time of booking.
When making a reservation, you can choose one of the pairings. The selected pairing can be modified upon arrival at the restaurant.
Il Milione can also be reserved for fewer than 4 diners.
